Miss Kitty Not A Happy Camper
I thought I would get Miss Kitty out early today to get some nice whiffs since the rain is gone. She actually hates getting her paws wet but somehow went along with the walk by hopping like a rabbit.
I had to end the walk after a good ten minutes because it was too cold for me and I started to feel it painfully...so, I told her we would cut it short and go back inside.
Well, Kitty had other ideas and flatly refused to come back inside even giving me a couple of hisses. Taken aback, I spoke sharply to her, knowing I would pay for it once inside... And, boy did I!!
The pics are dark because I quickly took them without putting on the lamp! She headed for the chair, but couldn't jump up...
She just folded her legs over and glared at me. I couldn't remove the leash because she still hissed and pawed at me.
She was so mad at me...she could only pout and glare...Can you believe she sat like this for almost an hour! Her Dad said she's so spoiled until she stinks! LOL!!
I think she only moved because she had to potty...CATS...who can know them!!
Sure hope today finds all of you save warm and as cozy as can be...I know those of you on the east coast received a shot of weather we've been experiencing...Be careful!!!
Sending Warm Regards to all our fur-friends and their faithful parents who are and have been under the weather! Get well soon!!
Hugs & Purrs,
Loretta & Kitty

Now, just what were you thinking, Miss Kitty? Exploring outside may be interesting, but really, how can that compare to a nice clean litterbox in a nice warm home and a nice warm lap?
ReplyDeleteOh she can definitely be a huge handful when she want her way!!! LOL... XX
DeleteOh, Loretta - Miss Kitty is SO beautiful - even when glaring! And I scrolled down and saw other photos of her - what gorgeous eyes! I also visited the tribute to your boys. They were handsome fellows. I truly understand your pain. I've written stories about some of our boys and girls that we've lost. Their photos and stories are on my sidebar if you ever care to read about them.
ReplyDeleteI am on the east coast and we are getting icy roads and a tad of snow today. Old Man winter has arrived. I'm already looking forward to my daily walks which will not occur until spring as I do NOT like the cold!
Thank you for visiting our Baby, even if she did steal her brother Mr. J's doggie bed!
Donna @ An Enchanted Cottage
Thank You Donna and we enjoyed visiting Baby & Mr. J too! Be save and warm. We will come back to read your stories about your babies that have gone to the Rainbow Bridge...All The Best,
DeletePurrs, Kitty & Loretta
ha ha - Miss Kitty, you are a sweetie, even if you do growl, hiss, and act mean. Your poor staff person was just trying to let you enjoy being outside for a few minutes anyway.
ReplyDeleteOh...I finally have a Peep/Bean who doesn't think I am against this little girl! Thank you so much...LOL!! XX

It was slightly warmer here this weekend but last week there was a strong north easterly wind here and it was bitter. We only took short strolls instead of checking the neighbourhood from the fence tops
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx.
Oh Miss Kitty, it's not nice to hiss at your Mummy, if you are nice you get more treats. Keep warm sweet kitty.
ReplyDeleteYou shouldn't growl and hiss at your nice mommy , Miss Kitty !!
ReplyDeleteXOXO
It is not a good idea to hiss at the hand that feeds you Miss Kitty.
ReplyDeleteSounds like something someone in our house would do .. ha ha ha :)

Poor Miss Kitty. And poor Mum! Hopefully all is forgiven now? :)
ReplyDeleteOoooh! Miss Kitty, that's no way for a lady to behave!! ;) Best to be warm inside! xoxo

ReplyDeleteMiss Kitty knows what Miss Kitty wants!
ReplyDeleteAww, Miss Kitty. We hope you've forgiven your mom by now.
ReplyDeleteDear Loretta, Miss Kitty certainly is spoiled but I know it is hard not to spoil these little ones. My little doggie is spoiled too and he brings me so much love that I just would not have it any other way.
ReplyDeleteI do hope you are feeling better and stay warm and safe. The weather certainly is giving us a difficult time.
Blessings dearest and hugs, Catherine xo
Miss Kitty, be sweet! Today was cold, but no snow. Expecting snow tomorrow and I'm going to enjoy cups of tea and making soup. Take good care!
ReplyDeleteOh my. That is one very peeved Miss Kitty! How about some treats? :)
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry about this too. She is having a hard time with something...that's certain.
